Monitors are not working

Try a different outlet, different cord. Are they plugged into a surge protector strip? Try plugging them directly into an outlet you know is working. You might have gotten defective monitors, power light not turning on makes it seem likely. But some basic trouble shooting will let you know for sure. I wish you luck.
