I tried to drag and drop audio files from other folders but sometimes it doesn't work. No matter if I select 'Run as admin' or not. How can I deal with it?

Depends on the file format of what you're trying to drag and drop.

Open up the Help menu in Studio One and read the section on Import / Export to find out more about how to use this feature and what file formats are supported.
