HelloI get the following messages when trying to activate melodyne 5... I tried almost any combination. Seem I do not have a key for it. see attched screen

copy error details is empty, nothing pups up... 

Questin is how can I activate melodyne 5 essential on studio one five

If you have upgraded studio one from a previous version, check your presonus account. You will find the melodyne serial with your previous version.

Once you have registered this key with an Account on the celemony Website, you can upgrade for free inside your Celemony account to Essentials 5.x. You can also download an update from inside your celemony account.

Presonus unfortunately does not provide support on this.
