I use Studio One V 1 Professional, and two external devices -- a M-Audio Keystation 49 midi controller and an Alesis QS8 keyboard. I'm using Windows 8.
I have always had trouble keeping these keyboards recognized. Every so often, when I turned on S1, one or both of the boards weren't showing up (or responding) and I had to reconnect. But for the past few months, my QS8 has not worked at all.
I have checked the Midi/USB cable, the computer, the keyboard itself, and they are all working. I haven't downloaded any software or made any changes to my system. Any thoughts on what may be happening?
