I have set up shortcuts in Melodyne that do something totally different (and in some cases destructive) in Studio One. When I am working in Melodyne, autosave periodically does its thing, but when it's done saving, it switches back to the DAW as the active window. Because I am on a multi-monitor setup, I don't realize this happens, as I am in a groove. However, when I press my shortcut keys to continue working in Melodyne, it uses those shortcuts in the DAW, not Melodyne where I was previously working prior to saving.
Would it be possible to force Studio One to remain active in the same window that was active before autosave began saving?
