In the last 3 days, SO5 has crashed NINETY SIX times & Sphere's support tickets won't send. REFUND PLEASE.

$20 is too much for anything that is completely unusable. I love SO but I can't even open it anymore. wtf

edit: i just reinstalled for the fifth time this time using 5.0 instead of 5.1. CRASHED AGAIN!!!!

Any information on your setup would be useful, especially if your support tickets won't send (try another browser?).  Also, have you removed all third-party plugins and tried again?  And then if it ran fine, added one by one until it crashed again?  (Tedious but not Presonus' fault - they can't manage other manufacturers' issues.)  I mean, if you just want not to use it (since you bring up its price, consider that it's a huge amount of software for a pretty small number)  that's cool, I guess, but if it's important to you then it would be great if you did more to help yourself by giving more details.
