Any information on your setup would be useful, especially if your support tickets won't send (try another browser?). Also, have you removed all third-party plugins and tried again? And then if it ran fine, added one by one until it crashed again? (Tedious but not Presonus' fault - they can't manage other manufacturers' issues.) I mean, if you just want not to use it (since you bring up its price, consider that it's a huge amount of software for a pretty small number) that's cool, I guess, but if it's important to you then it would be great if you did more to help yourself by giving more details.
