I received a used 192 today and can't get it to work properly. The power light doesn't turn to blue and it doesn't show up in Windows 10 or Mac 10.13 under the control panel audio devices. However it does show in the UC software on both Windows and Mac, but it shows Firmware: DSP v(Invalid), USB v0.00, Bottloader v0.00. Also, almost none of the controls on the actual unit work. The only thing that works is selecting channels 1-8 with the left/rights arrows. The knob for the preamp level doesn't do anything, nor do any of the 48v, talk, dim, or mono buttons.
