AudioBox USB not recognized on Wndows 10

Can't get Windows 10 to recognize AudioBox USB.   Deleted all historical files.  Used Universal Control.  Nothing works.  Help!

That's a drag. I would try a different USB port (you might want to try each section on the back if it's desktop), a different USB Cable, and a previous version of Universal Control.

lo mismo me pasa ya probe por todos lados y nada no funciona
