my audiobox usb is not recognized by my computer

Same problem with mac mini, OSX 10.10. Presonus Studio One Artist 2. Has been working fine but went out and can't get back up.

Please check out these two guides, which will assist you in setting up your AudioBox. If this doesn't fix your issue you'll need to create a tech support ticket.

1. This guide covers common AudioBox setup and configuration issues, as well as addresses basic reasons for the device to not seem to function properly:
