You have an old driver installed. You will need to install the latest release UC 1.8.3 (or higher) that will resolve this issue.

Starting with the December 2016 release of Windows 10 1607 b14393, in a fresh non-upgrade installation, with secure boot enabled in the BIOS, device driver installers without a valid signing certificate may not work. This is not unique to just PreSonus.
Our UC 1.8.3 (or higher) release contains updated security certificate which allows our USB Audio devices to be used on Windows 10 without this issue occurring. UC 1.8.3 (or higher) will remove the old software and replace it with working software and drivers.
