Visuals are choppy after the new software update for mac

There was a new update for mac today, and then when I went into Studio One, everything sounded fine but the visuals were choppy and it seemed to barely be working. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix this?

Yes. I came on here to find an answer for that very problem. My experience is with windows 10.
