Question

I am new to this, so I'm sure it's something silly. My universal controller just has file|setting|demo across the top then UNIVERAL CONTROL in  very big font.  There are no options below this.  According to the manual I should have sample rate, clock source , and safe mode options.

It started doing that on my system too. At least in my case, a reboot fixes it. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling a previous version.
