Question

During start up Studio One 5 pauses for several minutes while scanning sound sets. I also see two paths in the locations section and I cant delete the one that has no files in it.. Also after reinstalling and going back to the Studio One installation page they do not show as installed. They are located here C:\Users\James\Documents\Studio One\Sound Sets but in the locations tab it also shows this path and I cant delete it. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Studio One\Sound Sets. I uninstalled and reinstalled Studio One 5 but no luck.

Hi.  Do you have any programs that may prevent S1 from accessing the Documents folder?  For example, I had anti-ransomeware protection that needed S1 to be added to it's exceptions.  Some anti-virus programs may prevent S1 from accessing the Documents folder, so you may need to add S1 to your antivirus exceptions too.
