Question

I recently purchased the KV331 Audio Synthmaster plugin but the installer download link doesn't do anything. I believe the link is broken.  I've submitted multiple support requests but they always show up in my account as closed.  I have had no problems in the past and really like the studio one platform but Im starting to have concerns with respect to support if problems arise.  The payment has been processed but Im unable to download the installer.  Any and all help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same issue.

Also I noticed that when I sent my question to the support there was no "KV331 Audio Synthmaster" product to be selected when one had to select the product in question; only "KV331 Audio Synthmaster Player" was available from the drop down menu.

Why keep the Synthmaster as an available purchase in the product category, if it ain't there anymore for reasons unknown to me?

Seriously, wtf?!?

I have had the same issue with all of my bundled add ons, since I upgraded to professional 4 about a year ago.  I don't have the patience to play email tag with them.  Currently have 3 products that show purchase date of 7/20. Can't load any of them. I'm a part timer with digital recording, but I thought a button that says "Download Installer", would be related to downloading the installer.  I guess I'll check back later.

I'm having the same issue. I looked at the inspect element and apparently there isn't even a link attached to the text? What the hell are you doing presonus?!
