It doesn't actually matter if you choose AMD or Intel. Radeon is a graphics card make, NOT CPU. Depends on your budget, as always. AMD tend to be more competitively priced compared to Intel. The real thing you need to look at is reasonably fast ram and 16GB minimum. Then get an SSD or NVME drive, which is recommended for fast access, which is what you really need. An NVME is good because it has faster access than a traditional ssd. You are most likely going to be using an audio interface to record with which relieves the cpu workload some. You will most likely run out of hard drive space before you realise, so invest in a few. As important as your CPU is, the brand isn't as important as your budget.
