I have an i7 10700k and a Gigabyte Z490 Vision D motherboard.
In this forum I found a lot of posts regarding the noise issue when C state is on and overheating CPU when C state is off, but no solution.
New drivers update didn't help the issue at all..
The dilemma remains the same
Sound Noise Pops and Crackles with Presonus Power plan off and C state on
or
Maxing 100% CPU, overheating and reboots with presonus power plan on and C State off
Is there any solution to this problem or should we all return our gear to the retailer. ?
