splice rent to own -> prime

I cancelled studio one 5 rent to own in splice and uninstall.

A few days later I install studio one 5 prime.

When I run it, error with this message.

"Your Splice license for Studio One is invalid. Please check your Rent-to-Own status in the Splice App."

How can I run studio one 5 prime?
