Hub activate issues

I bought Ampire which told me to download the Hub in order to activate and install it. I am now signed into my PreSonus account in the hub and it's asking me to "Authorize this computer". When I click on Authorize, I get an "activating product" for a split second and then it goes right back to where it was and the hub didn't activate. I've restarted my computer and tried reinstalling the hub which didn't help. I'm using an iMac with OS Catalina 10.15.6.

Can anyone here please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Having the same issue (Big Sur 11.2.2.).

same here with fat channel  on exact the same Macosx

! my first presonus product and it doesn't work ... boah... what a start..
