Question

Hi

I have upgraded my Studio One to your latest 3 professional version. Since that I can no longer get in touch with Native Instruments components: Guitar Rig etc.

I have downloaded the whole package from my Presonus account once again and updated them all. But the new version of Studio One cannot find them - by restart either.

What can I do. My recordings are missing vital components.

I am running Windows 10 Home, 64 bit.

Erik,

You will want to make sure that you are using 32bit plugins with the 32 bit version of Studio One as well as 64bit Plugins with the 64 bit version of Studio One. If they are miss-matched, you will not see them. I am running a similar setup and it works just fine. Make sure that you are using the latest update of GR, since you are on Win10.
