i bought in 2019 presonus studio 24c including studio one 4. now it is sold with studio one 5.

can i upgrade my studio one 4 to studio one 5 without pay?

it makes no sense to buy it for € 100 if the hardware that included it costs € 130

No. You'd have to pay for the upgrade.
