PreSonus Sphere purchase but SO5 Professional fails to activate.

Hi There,

Seasons Greetings!

I made a purchase of the PreSonus Sphere membership subscription package today & I'm currently trying to launch the Studio One Professional version. For clarity, I was previously operating with Studio One 5 ARTIST (latest version).

Upon downloading the sphere bundle and attempting to launch the Professional version, it just continues to refer to my previous ARTIST version. I've tried uninstalling the ARTIST version and redownloading the PRO version but it returned to the former.

Am I doing something incorrectly? I purchased the package as a means to upgrade from the Artist version to PRO, with the additional benefits & plugins so I'm kind of disappointed to currently be having this issue. PLEASE HELP...

Look at the menus up top after you open S1

Studio One: File:View:Help then pick:

1. StudioOne/StudioOne Activation/Activate With Presonus Sphere
