I’m having the same problem. I just purchased a Studiolive 32 and I can’t even get in touch with support without first registering a product. I have all of my proof of purchase. I have never had this much issue with registering anything in my life. Akai nor Native Instruments ever gave me this much frustration when trying to contact them about an issue or registering a product. For a $3000 board, I’m beyond ******.
