I will be watching & listening to a live DJ playing a long set of mixed music on the Internet on Saturday night. I would usually just open the website on my laptop to play the sound (& video) through my computer speakers. But I'd like to be able to route this to my Presonus Eris 4.5 monitors instead of through the laptop speakers. I'm on Studio One Pro 5.2, with a Studio 26c audio interface. Do I have to move wires around? Or does it have something to do with the output device I chose in Windows where it would go directly to the monitors instead of Windows audio (and skipping the 26c)? Can someone help me. I'm fairly new to Studio One & home recording.

Thanks for any help / direction you may be able to offer. I *DO* appreciate it.,
//Gary

While I do not own the 26c. I can set audio out in Windows to my USB interface and use that to send audio to my monitors. Click Start > Settings > System > Sound and change the output device, my interface is listed as a Speaker. So I would recommend starting there. ( you can use the sound panel from the old control panel if you prefer)

You can also have different audio outs per application in Win10 so if you would like to do that  Scroll to the bottom of the same audio options screen as above (start > settings...) and under "Advanced Sound Options" click on 'app volume and device preferences'. Open Chrome or whatever app it is you will be using for the DJ stream and it should pop up in the list. Then change the output from 'default' to your device.  Good luck
