My Quantum 2626 is installed and detected in Universal Control, but is not showing up in MacBook Pro (Big Sur), why?

This happened after my latest update to Universal Control. Blue light is normal. I already un-installed and reinstalled UC and restarted it. Please help...

I had similar issues. Make sure you have just the 2626 connected,no adat,no spidf

Turn on,turn on 2626,wait for u control to show the quantum,click on it so that the surface opens go to system preferences,audio and you should see the quantum as a choice.

As you may know you sometimes have to just shut down and try it again
