Is a ANSI/TIA 568-B ethernet cable compatible on AVB

I am looking to hook up an NSB 16:8 to 32S Siii console and the recomendation is ANSI/TIA 568-C.2. The TIA B appears to be the same standard without the twisted cable pairs. Does anyone know whether this the TIA-B will work?
