Hi. I have recently bought the 16R, and for the last two gigs, I have pretty much had to do without monitors. We are (trying to) running 5 AUX mixes, but am only getting a mix from one (AUX 1). There is some extremely low volume from one other (AUX 3), but I am unable to resolve this. I doubt this matters, but so you know, the AUX 1 mix is via an XLR cable, with a XLR to 1/4" adaptor. All the others are 1/4" direct (TS).
My question: is it possible that there is some form of limiting going on? If so, is there a global limiting function that I can disable?
I'm pretty familiar with UC Surface, by the way, as I also have the Series 3 x 16 'hardware' mixer, so really, really struggling to fix this issue.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on what I can try in order to resolve this.
