This interface is completely unusable. I shouldn't have to play troubleshooter for an hour each time I need to record something. I should sure as hell be able to use it after an hour of troubleshooting. That is sadly not the reality for this product. . 

Every single time I've tried to use this interface in the last six months, I have had to: 1. Uninstall and reinstall the software, 2. Uninstall and reinstall the drivers from the website, 3. Manually reconfigure my computer's audio input and output settings, or more. 

Even after all that, I sometimes still will be unable to: 1. Record audio, 2. Hear playback, 3. Configure the audio settings for the software, or more. I will still, after an hour or more of trying to manually force this product to work,  not be able to record, as is the reality for me tonight. 

I've found similar stories everywhere I've gone to research these problems. I have been to every device website, help desk, and the PreSonus website, and what I've found is that PreSonus seems to expect users to fix their products for them. 

PreSonus is the EA of audio interface: an unfortunate combination incomplete products and poor service. I'm going to have to scrap this Audiobox and buy something else. Wish me luck.
