Just got my ioStation24c, plugged it into my Mac 10.14 using the usb-c cable and it just worked.
I then opened the universal control application which told me to upgrade its firmware. I did upgrade it and now the usb connection doesn’t work. The usb light blinks red/blue for a while, then a few times blue and finally solid red.
I’ve tried different cables as well as the usb-c to regular usb one to no avail.
Anyone have any advice on this? Can I somehow reset this thing to a factory setting?
