After Windows 10 update my softwares cant share my audiobox 96 anymore. What can i do to resolve?#

Once i open my production software there will be no sound from media players and any other software that uses sound to function. not even a data call can work

same issue after recent win 10 update, midi driver not working. i have deleted and reinstalled driver, still no joy.  25 recent views so must be a common problem, please investigate presonus

just received windows report, it says universal control midi driver is incompatible!
