Question

So I recently got a new pc that I use for gaming, and audio and video production, I previously was using the Audiobox 96 USB on Mac and it worked fine.

The problem is that the audiobox 96 device IS recognized by windows, it just refuses to play from my monitors or headphones.

Here are the steps I've taken so far:

1. Installed All required drivers

2. Tried both USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports

3.Tested a Scarlett 2i2 on my computer and it worked immediately

4. Used the usb from the scarlett 2i2 to verify my usb is fine

5. Downloaded UC and restarted like 100x

This is the last thing I need to do before my setup is complete. Any answers or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Have you tried updating the firmware in universal control, even if its the same version reinstalling might help. Failing that remove all the drivers and reinstall tbe drivers again.
