Can any action by FOH engineer on a 32SC board have an effect on earmix signals that would change them during a show?

something changes in our earmixes from soundcheck to second set. If digital signals sent to earmixes on the network are separate from FOH manipulations on the mixer (pre-fader, pre-fatchannel, etc), then sound check should last to the end of the show. We are not using aux mixes from the board. Every channel 1-16 is routed directly to the earmixes. Does the board have earmix channel level control?

If you are sourcing AVB 1-16 then yes, what the FOH engineer does will effect the sound.
