Loading a project on a fresh new system : how do I link back my VSTs to their presets ?

Hello everyone,
my SSD was dying so I had to change it. Once it was done I installed a fresh new system on it (Windows 10 x64). Fortunately all my Studio One 5 projects were safe on a HDD, and I managed to put back all the presets from my various VST collection right at their place in the right folders.

BUT

When I load a Studio One project with third-party VSTs, these won't automatically load the presets I used on my tracks. They will load their default preset, unlike Studio One instruments. For example, Presence automatically load the right preset on the right track.
Everything loads just fine, VSTs, effects etc, but it's like Studio One forgot what presets were used on third-party VSTs. I can still select them manually... But I have to admit, if I have to remember and select my MANY presets for each track of each project, it certainly is going to be a pain.

Is there any way I can link back my VSTs to the presets originally used in my tracks ?
Note that I have a copy of all the content of my previous SSD and I was thinking there might be a folder or a file somewhere that could sort of repair this... but which one and where...

I'll take all suggestions, thanks ! smiley
