Question

I installed Universal Control, made sure Studio One 5 was up to date. When I connect my brand new 24c windows gives the 'connected' sound.

The led on the device stays red. Windows doesn't see the device. Studio One 5 doesn't see it.

I tried all USB ports that my PC has...

What am I missing? I thought it would be plug and play

So after some frustration I re installed Universal Control without uninstalling it first and while my device was already connected. During the new install the light went blue. After restart Studio One saw the device finally.

I'm going to try this after I calm down a little bit I've been at this for a total of 6 hours going for Mac to Windows I completely don't understand the setup
