I have an AKAI MPK249 MIDI keyboard controller and its knobs are endless, I tried to set them on Studio One 5 but the available controls don't match good. I found a different control type "relative" that works fine with the endless encoders controls but the move is inverted, that type control is the same that FaderPort use it. I don´t know why Studio One 5 has that kind of control hidden and it is not available to choise.

On MPK249 work with type INC/DEC2 control but its direction is inverted.

I searched around the internet and so many people have the same issue, even I´ve saw similar posts about that request and still doesn't enable.

You can enable that kind relative control and include to invert direction option.

Thanks a lot!!

Nearly 3 years after the original request, using Studio One 6.6, I have a very similar issue.

I'm trying to add a Generic midi controller, which has 4 nice knobs of the type high-res endless encoders. In Bitwig Studio, which I've been migrating away from, this controller correspond to a setting called Relative Bin Offset, and works nicely.
For Studio One, in the External Devices -> MIDI Learn, I see the Midi controllers for the knobs, but I cannot seem to find any way to specify that the "Knob" type is relative, not absolute, values.

Tech Support just told me, that it's not currently supported. Would be very useful though :)
