Got the AuidoBox iTwo and my MIDI Controller connected. If you have windows, go to device manager, make sure you have a serial bus controller that says enhanced. Disable all other serial bus controllers and devices, unplug all usb devices minus mouse and keyboard if they plug in that way. Reboot. Mine came up with an Audiobox iTwo subcategory that errors, I repeated the process, uninstalled the subcategory, and uninstalled the high definition audio device that was listed. Powered down check all my USB ports for dust, etc… powered up and universal controller started on its own to update firmware. Interface didn’t load in on studio start up but, I was able to change it and the program accepted it. Hope this helps anyone with similar issues, reach out of that doesn’t work and we’ll troubleshoot more
