After my Samsung Galaxy S20 updated to Android 11, I no longer see UC surface available @ the play store. It seems to have vanished. On my tablet (Samsung running Android 10) it is still there.

Is the app not approved for Android 11 or higher??

Kind Regards

Hi ebrabaek,

Just saw your post as I was myself searching for a solution.

When I search for UC Surface on the Google Play Store app from my phone, it doesn't show at all.
But when I searched for using my computer (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.presonus.ucremote), it appeared and it shows that this app is not available on any of my devices.

Luckily, on presonus' website, there's a download section (https://www.presonus.com/products/UC-Surface/downloads) where you can find the installation apk for android.
If you open the drop down menu below 'Select your operating system', you'll find the installation files for android, the latest one being "Android 10.0 - 10.0 Q" at the time of writing.

Download the file straight from Chrome on your mobile phone and it should ask you if you want to install it.
Once you've confirmed (you'll have to give permission to Chrome to install files), UC Surface will be installed and voilĂ !

This procedure worked like a charm on my OnePlus phone, so I hope I'll work for you.
