Hey. I have a Studio One 1.6 Artist cd and a Studio One 1.6 professional upgrade cd. I noticed on my.presonus.com that only that version of Artist appears in my own registered products. I changed my computer and would like to install that Studio One on it, but the installation will stop for Online Activation. When I type in the Studio One 1.6 serial number, the machine slanders that this user does not own this product and I cannot proceed with the installation. When I try to register the Professional version with the product key on its packaging, my.presonus.com displays a message: This product key is already registered. Enter an unused product key (and yet that Professional product does not appear on my products). How can I move forward in this situation now? I own both versions and have been using the Professional version for years without any problems, but now I can't install it on a new machine ...
