A user loops tab would be useful. While the files tab is nice, it's easy to fill it with bookmarked folders. On top of that there's no organization hierarchy to the tabs you bookmark in the Files area. Therefore it would be nice to give users a dedicated tab in the loops section for user content. This would allow the user to use files for more specific bookmarks like presets, sample drives, templates, or whatever else they would prefer to drag and drop...
- Ideally a user loops tab would allow for MIDI in addition to audio loops...
- Ideally a user loops tab would allow for custom folders, similar to other areas of the browser.
- Ideally MIDI based loops would show a slightly different icon making it quick to identify between the two.
- Ideally the user could also hide the factory content tab if they wanted to. For example I don't use commercial loops, I make my own. Sometimes as commercial products... So having this dedicated to user content, if the user prefers this would be a nice touch...
- Ideally the user would be able to tag loops with their own keywords, in addition to taking advantage of pre-existing keywords.
