So I have gotten a new Presonus Audio Interfact specifically to record vocals, and upon registering, signing up/in, downloading Studio and it's content-nothing with is working through my actual interface device; the only sound that comes through is from my laptop and not the microphone on input one.
Also when I tried to connect my audio interface to the primary dah I use (FL Studios) it said in the Midi Input next to it's status "FAILED"
Please let me talk to someone about this, I have been trying to figure this out for a few days now researching the community support groups and videos online to no prevail and I am very close to claiming a refunding.
