Question

I've been having this issue ever since I owned my 16 channel Studiolive Series III mixer. When I update the firmware, my preamp gains on all the channels reset to zero. I back up my mixer and make sure my projects/scenes are saved before I do the firmware update. If I then recall a scene after the update, my preamp gains are still at zero instead of where they were set before I updated the firmware. This issue is very annoying since every time I update the firmware I have to set all my preamp levels again. Anyone else have this issue or can someone help me? Thanks.

Check if all your project and scene filters are engaged when recalling. If they are, create a support ticket and see if they can get to the bottom of it.
