Question

When I open a project with loaded Presence XT, overload indicator lights up the master volume and the volume is muted. If you turn off Presence,the sound is released. If you delete the Presence, and then upload it back to the Projects, everything works fine. Tell me where to find the cause of the problem?

Please update to Studio One 3.3.4 and see if you are still having the issue.  This should be resolved now.  

If it is not resolved, please open Presence and set the preset to "mono" instead of "poly" to see if this makes a difference.

You may want to try going into Studio One>Options>Advanced>Services and disable your VST 2.4, VST3, ARA, and ReWire services.  See if you find a correlation to a particular service and the error.
