Question

I have Bought the NSB stage box for studiolive III 32sc.  There are dropouts happening about every 30 seconds. I have a high quality CAT 6 cable which works flawlessly with the Studiolive Rack mixer as a stage box, so not sure what the problem is with the NSB. Its very disappointing. The firmware is also up to date so that isn't the issue. Not sure what else to do.

Check the firmware on the mixer, if it's older than could be an issue.

If that's not it create a support ticket
