how do you hear your plugin/insert effects while playing your guitar instead of just listening to the track with effects after recording. because i want to hear what i'm playing with effects.

In Studio One, hit Alt F1 (Help/Studio One Reference Manual)

In the upper, right-hand corner type in "Monitor"
