Allow to "Drop Files Here" for User Templates in the Start Page

"Drop Files Here" in the Start Page is a great feature, but why we can't use it with User Templates?

My thoughts exactly. Doesn't seem possible to edit the factory templates either to allow for this. It'd be super useful to be able to have that file drop option for a variety of user templates. Strange it's not implemented.
