Question

My Revelator io24 works perfectly on my Mac but when connected to a PC,it  doesn't pick up the device. It says it can't find any drivers either from the hardware or online.  any ideas?

macOS will see class compliant devices, unlike Windows that needs to see a device driver for device connectivity.

You need to install Universal Control for the Revelator on Windows.

This is available in the download section at the bottom of the Revelator product page or in your my.presonus.com account.
