Honestly, its such a natural and expected behavior that it shouldn't even be a feature request. But here we are.
Just recently discovered that you can't split the video events right down to the frame level in S1. In fact the minimum length of splitting the video event in S1 is set to 1 second, which makes no sense whatsoever. I mean, you can split the audio events right down to the individual sample level (the minimum divisible digital audio unit), So its pretty natural and a fair ask to be able to split the video events too, right down to the individual frame level (the minimum divisible unit for video).
Also, you can't merge the video events ('G' keyboard shortcut) like you can do with audio events. Please add this feature as well.
Please fix this Presonus.
