StepEdit: specify the note lenand step interval; to create an arpeggio of half notes , that are 1/2 a beat apart.

Step editor: I would like to be able to specify the note length as well as the step interval.  For example to create an arpeggio of half notes (2 beats) that are a half beat (8th note) apart.
