Could Sphere members please get priority support for account related issues. It seems silly that a paid subscription member has to have account related issues fall into the que with tech support issues with non-subscription members. We need account related issues resolved in a timelier manner than the current trouble ticket system provides. At times, It's difficult to run a professional business under these conditions. Please consider providing better account support to Sphere members. I feel this request is reasonable and would be a great addition to Sphere services. Thank you.
