I need to create GM(general midi) files to play on a Korg PA5x arranger keyboard. I know there's a TYPE 0 and TYPE 1 format, but when i export from S1 i dont know what format it is exporting. Also, can we edit the channel number in S1. I had 7 tracks in my MIDI fikle, it the PA imported all but since i could not designate the drums for channel 10, the pitch was out. Furthermore, no other track played. This made me wonder what type of file was generated from S1.
For ex: if I need drums it has to be on channel 10 for GM. How do I do that on Studio one? is there a GM mode? What is the workaround for this?
