Dear sir or madam.
I tried to download the Universal control after registering my serial number.
But everytime I try to install it, an error pops up saying "This application requires Windows 10 20H1 or more." while I clearly have a Windows 10. I even updated it but it does not work still.
I`d be appreciated to receive your feedback.
